QUALITY TO BE PROUD OF

The quality of specific plastics used in artificial grass varies across the world. All our artificial products are made using C6 materials – a linear low density polyethylene which uses Hexene as a binding material. It’s been proven that Chinese manufacturers have been using C4 materials which could be recycled polyethylene with lower material quality and UV stabilisers – often used to reduce costs.

The advantages of C6 against C4 are:

• Higher tensile strength which gives you a lower tendency to fibrillation/split.
• Lower elongation at break which gives you a higher elastic recovery.
• Less sensitive to high temperature.
• Softer and more UV stable.

All our products have been designed with a special yarn profile to improve the resilience of the fibres.

We don’t compromise the quality of our products for cheaper alternatives often used abroad, for example our yarn is 100% free of heavy metals, which is not the case with Chinese products.

Our yarn also has the maximum amount of UV stabilisator (10.000 ppm), whilst Chinese products have a maximum of 3.000 ppm and even some European companies 5.000-6.000 ppm

Savannah 30mm

Savannah 30mm uses Namgrass’ curled fibre technology to create a bouncy, neat lawn with a natural look. Ideal for brightening up shaded lawns, Namgrass’ tuft-lock backing makes Eclipse hard-wearing, warranty to look good for years to come. Curved yarns also make Eclipse softer to the touch, so pets can play without getting muddy.

Downtown 35mm

With a luxurious 35mm pile height, Downtown is the softest artificial grass in the Namgrass range, as well as the most elegant. Ideal for family homes, our soft artificial grass makes a lawn ideal for family gardens where children will be playing outside.

Play 16mm

Using high density 16mm grass fibres, Namgrass Play is easy to clean and maintain over time. Play is a popular artificial grass for schools and play areas offering market leading durability and easy maintenance. Coupled with our uniquely curled artificial grass, Play is great for indoor pitches, putting greens, and ball sports, performing like well kept natural turf.

CoPlay 10mm

CoPlay 10mm is Namgrass’ line of coloured artificial grass for play areas and schools. CoPlay is available in a wide range of colours, allowing you to create attractive designs and outline areas.
